Our client is looking for a Telesales Executive on a part-time, permanent, staff basis, located in Cullen, Moray.

ROLE

Responsible for contacting potential clients, introducing our IT products and services, and ultimately closing deals to help us grow our customer base. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in IT sales while working flexible hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Make outbound calls to engage with prospective clients and understand their IT needs and pain points.
  • Arranging meetings with client decision makers for the Sales team to meet on a face-to-face basis
  • Assist in the delivery of compelling sales pitches to articulate the benefits and features of our IT products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and personalised communication.
  • Listen to customer feedback and objections and address their concerns accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide accurate and up-to-date information about leads and potential opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by the company.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed responses to customer inquiries.
  • Continuously improve sales skills through training and professional development opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and engaging communication style.
  • Basic knowledge of IT products and services or a willingness to learn about the IT industry.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritise tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude and a willingness to adapt to changes.
