In order to support local business start-ups, Cammach Bryant have launched a series of exclusive package options to specifically support recruitment within start-up businesses in Aberdeen. We will work with you to identify the strengths within your organisation and use these to attract high calibre candidates who are the right fit for your team.

 

To demonstrate our commitment to supporting local business start-ups, we will gift, free of charge, one piece of staff recruitment in any discipline!

 

To be eligible for this offer;

  • The start-up needs to be based in Aberdeen.
  • To have been incorporated for 5 years or less.
  • Have less than 20 employees. 

Thereafter, future recruitment work will be invoiced by small monthly increments as part of a package rather than a one off fee. In addition to the recruitment exercise, a bank of hours will be included which can be used with one of our business partners in HR, marketing and HSE. 

It is hoped that this initiative will also provide job opportunities for people who took voluntary redundancy from the oil and gas industry to use their skills and experience to help local small businesses.

Grants for some salaries are available to start up or growth companies which we will bring to your attention when recruiting. 

 

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Cammach Bryant are happy to work with a job description that is provided. If this is not possible, we are also happy to write a job description for you at no additional cost. This would then be sent to you for approval prior to the recruitment search commencing.

INTERVIEWS

Interviews can be a daunting process for both our clients and candidates. Many business owners, will never have interviewed anyone before. We are happy to facilitate and attend interviews to ensure that each interview is effective and thorough. 

SPREADING THE COST OF RECRUITMENT

After the free piece of recruitment, a retained recruitment option will allow the cost of hiring a further member of staff to be split over a 12 month period hence avoiding any lump sum fees. In addition to the recruitment exercise, a bank of hours will be included which can be used with one of our business partners in HR, marketing and HSE. 

CONTRACT MANAGEMENT

Contract or temporary recruitment may be an alternative option which will allow companies to expand their team without taking on any additional employees. Whether you are looking for short term holiday cover or longer term project delivery, we can find either one individual or full project teams on a PAYE or Limited Company basis. We will also prepare and issue all contract documentation and run the payroll.
