Key Responsibilities

  • You’ll work as part of a great multi-skilled team to deliver seamless implementations and ensure we deliver a fantastic payroll onboarding experience for our clients. Working on projects with customers from every industry and every geography means constant variety, but the core deliverables of our team are:
  • Ensuring accurate and timely processing of the payroll implementation project, keeping our clients and payroll partners on track for seamless delivery
  • Completing payroll implementation check sheets where relevant to the work being carried out in line with SAS70 audit requirements – compliance is always key when it comes to payroll!
  • Gathering and collating data and information from customers, ensuring we have everything we need to make the project happen and supporting the customers to identify the data we need
  • Acting as the key focal point between the customer and the payroll partner, managing expectations and keeping all parties up to date on how the project is progressing
  • Creating user friendly and robust payroll manuals to support the ongoing teams with the handover process
  • Keeping an eye on all of the required project deadlines and making sure nothing slips through the net – especially making sure that payroll payment submissions are made in accordance with the agreed schedule
