Business Systems Administrator

Our Client is looking for a Business Systems Administrator or a 3-6 month contract position, located in Dyce, Aberdeen.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle complex & confidential secretarial and administrative assignments.
  • Type formal letters and miscellaneous docs, checking work for accuracy and compose correspondence and responses to enquiries independently.
  • Answer telephone and handle requests for information at an advanced level
  • Set up and maintain department records and files.
  • Arrange travel schedules and reservations
  • Coordinate meetings and office communications.
  • Schedule conference rooms, audio/visual equipment and other equipment as requested


Education, Qualifications & Experience

  • SAP experience required
