Our Client is looking for an Administrator, on a permanent basis, location in Aberdeen.


Key Responsibilities

  • Answering phone and taking messages
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Providing order updates to customers
  • Preparing a list of orders for invoicing
  • Filing paperwork
  • Supporting team
  • Any other admin tasks as required

Education, Qualifications & Experience

  • Microsoft Office (especially Excel) skills
  • Experience in working in an office environment or customer service
